Join us in the kitchen at Portland Market to learn how to make the traditional breton pastry 'kouign amann' with layers of butter and caramel between sweet yeasted dough!

Learn how to proof and laminate dough with butter and sugar and get tips on how to achieve a golden, caramelised crust.

Students will take home their own unbaked kouign amann made in class to make their home smell like a bake shop and will also be offered house-made, fresh-baked kouign amann in class.

Class runs for approximately 2 hours and will be held at Portland Market, 105 Portland Street, Toronto ON M5V 2N3
